As mentioned before, the B&B is located between two Natural Regional Parks, the Aurunci Mountains and the marine environment of the Riviera di Ulisse parks. Opportunities for those who love sports holidays are plenty. As for the mountains, trekking, mountain biking and free climbing*, choosing to rely on maps on site or an AIGAE experienced guide, national leader in interpreting environmental heritage. As for the beach, snorkeling, scuba diving and diving, with the chance to carry out even "daily" courses following the guidelines of PADI teaching, international leader in the diving industry.

Courses PADI
You can book scuba diving courses with the air tanks (ARA) or Freediving (APNEA) with PADI instructors, internationally teaching leader in training. Courses may vary in length depending on the level (minimum age 11 years):
DSD (ARA): 3-4 hours
Open Water (ARA): 3-5 days
Advanced Open Water (ARA): 2-3 days
Basic Freediver (APNEA): 3-4 hours
Freediver (APNEA): 1 day *, recommended two days
* Full day, theory, breathing and relaxation techniques, sessions in confined water and then into the sea.
Diving, Freediving e snorkeling
The Riviera di Ulisse Natural Park is the ideal destination for lovers of all underwater activities, from ARA to apnea diving or simple snorkeling.

Diving for certified licended people at any level, down max to 40 meters.

And it's also possible to organize scuba diving packages for several days.
Hiking Base Courses
For mountains lovers, courses can be arranged in 3 weekends only or one week, Hiking AIGAE Base Courses. They will study mapping concepts, first aid, hazard prevention, hike designing. There will also be 3 excursions along the paths of the Monti Aurunci Natural Park.
Mountain biking e Trekking
The Monti Aurunci Natural Park offers marked trails for trekking lovers, from amateur level to expert hikers.
Hundreds of kilometers for the cyclers and Mountain Biking enthusiasts, many dirt roads and single track available.
Geological and anthropological history of these mountains is very rich, even richer from a naturalistic point of view, for the high variety of species flourishing troughout the year, and scenic, natural terraces from the Neapolitan islands to the pontine ones, from the Gulf of Gaeta up to the San Felice Circeo peak.

It's also possible to organize day trips, with a GAE guide and environmental interpreter .
